We value your privacy and are committed to transparency. The data collected depends on the specific app and the features you choose to use.

Our apps collect only the minimum information required to provide their intended functionality. Some apps may not collect any personal data at all.

2. Personal Information

Personal information refers to data that can identify an individual, such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

We do not collect personal information by default.
Personal data is collected only when required by an app feature and with user consent.
We do not sell or trade personal information.

Personal information may be disclosed only when required by law, legal process, or with explicit user permission.

3. Non-Personal Information

Some apps may collect limited non-personal information such as device model, operating system version, or app usage frequency. This information is used solely to improve app stability and performance.

4. Permissions

Our apps request permissions only when necessary and only for their intended purpose.

Media / Storage: To display or play user-selected videos
Internet: To stream content from user-provided URLs
Contacts or Location: Only in apps that explicitly provide such features
Accessibility Service: To perform system-level navigation actions and gestures.
Query All Packages (Installed Apps): To display and manage all installed applications in the app drawer.

5. App-Specific Information

Max Video Player

Max Video Player does not collect or store personal data.

Media access is used only to display and play videos selected by the user.
Network access is used only to stream videos from user-provided URLs.
No media files or URLs are stored or shared.
The app does not download or provide copyrighted content.

SMART LED Launcher

SMART LED Launcher does not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

Accessibility Service API: This permission is used exclusively to enable user-defined gestures for system actions, such as expanding the notification shade, opening quick settings, viewing recent apps, or locking the screen. We do not monitor your screen content or track your personal interactions.
Installed Applications (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): We access the list of installed applications locally to populate the App Drawer and manage home screen shortcuts. This inventory is never uploaded or shared with our servers.
Foreground Service: A foreground service is used for local data processing, such as caching icon pack metadata, to ensure a faster user experience.
Offline Utility: Core features like the Flashlight, Compass, and Morse Code tool operate entirely locally and do not require account creation or personal data.
Camera (LED Flash): This permission is used exclusively to control the device's hardware LED flash for the Flashlight, SOS, and Morse Code features. We do NOT take photos, record videos, or access the camera's image stream.
Phone & Call State: We use this permission to detect when a call has ended to display a helpful information overlay and to enable "Direct Dial" shortcuts on your home screen. We do NOT read your call logs, record audio, or access your contacts.
Display Over Other Apps: This permission is required to show real-time status overlays for Charging, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Call-end events while you are using other applications.
Device Connectivity (WiFi/Bluetooth): We access the connection status of your WiFi and Bluetooth solely to notify you of changes via the smart status system. This data remains local and is never transmitted.

Other Webix Technology Apps

Some apps may include features such as contact selection or location-based services. Any such data is used strictly for the requested feature and is not stored permanently or shared with third parties.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

Some apps may use third-party services such as advertising or analytics. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
